The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for premier talent in System Integration and Test Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.
Candidate will support a team responsible for the integration and test of Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory, and flight test environment. Utilizing mission systems requirements, the candidate will assist in the development of test requirements and procedures, execute integration and test activities in a lab environment, evaluate mission systems functionality, and support mission systems flight test evaluation. Candidate must have excellent technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture.
CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+ certification not required upon start but candidate will need to complete training and pass test for certification.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Secret clearance is required. Top Secret clearance is preferred.

This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale.
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with Avionics Systems Integration and Test or Laboratory development and buildup
• Avionics and SIL experience/background, Mission Planning and I&T experience / background, experience with requirements development and integration and test processes, strong laboratory skills, flight test experience
• Experience with Sub-System Integration, working in a System Integration Lab and troubleshooting system integration anomalies
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 6 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $77,600 - $146,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
