Description:As part of an Agile/Scrum team, you will collaborate on all software development activities including requirements elicitation, design, development, documentation, testing, integration, more testing and debugging of software. You will be a key member of a team that responsible for the development and maintenance of airborne and ground-based systems. This role will leverage your advanced object-oriented programming knowledge, experiences, and stretch you to your highest potential.

As a member of the Advanced Development Program (ADP aka Skunkworks) team, you will enjoy a fast-paced, challenging and always-exciting environment. We don't sit and wait for instructions in ADP, we press forward and figure out how to produce the highest quality and advanced systems on the planet.

Every day you will be balancing between adherence to software development standards, processes, procedures, tools, and your passion for pushing the envelope.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies throughout each iteration and increment of the project where you are held accountable by your team and our customer to produce what you promise.

You will be integral to our DevSecOps environment, applying your knowledge of software engineering practices to evolve our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Other Engineering degrees considered with significant engineering software development experience.

• Experience in one or more programming software languages: Ada, C, C++, C#, Python and/or Java.

• Experience with the software development process in a team environment (peer reviews, unit testing, configuration management, defect tracking)

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Agile Process Tools (e.g. JIRA, Gitlab)

• Ability to travel up to 10%
