Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior Staff

Description:Position reports to the Business Requirements and Tools Team within the PMP&C Core Organization and be based in Palmdale, CA. The candidate is responsible to ensure earned value and support systems/tools are deployed and operational in all required program areas, and support new system setup with testing, database migration, data validation and training for successful program business rhythm execution. Excellent organization and communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, lines of business, and functional teams will be required. This position serves as program lead, for Cost, Schedule and Program Management tool functionalities with a heavy emphasis on the CASIE project. The individual must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis in any capacity needed. Additionally, this position will ensure that the development of future system and tool capabilities are aligned with business rhythm efficiencies to ensure success with meeting customer requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment

Working knowledge of LM command media to include Program Performance Management Process (PPMP)
Desired Skills:
Earned Value expertise

Extensive knowledge working with Deltek Tool Suite (Cobra, Open Plan, Acumen, PM Compass, wInsight)

Project management experience in developing and managing large projects

Effective organization, time management and communication skills
