Program Management Senior Manager, ADP ISR Major Programs - Level 6
The ADP ISR Major Programs deputy director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership managing functional and project leaders on contracted, NBF, proposal, on-going improvement initiatives and Market Assist efforts.
What You Will Be Doing:
The deputy director will support the program director in managing all phases of programs in the ADP ISR Major Programs portfolio. The deputy director will supervise program managers and integrators and work closely with program chief engineer, and leads in Global Supply Chain, Contracts, Business Operations, Production Operations, and quality and auditing organizations to prioritize and execute efforts. Internally, this position interfaces with program and functional directors and up to portfolio vice president. Externally, the deputy director engages with customers up to the Colonel-equivalent level as directed by the Major Programs director. The ADP ISR Major Programs deputy director will
• direct all phases of programs from inception, pre-contract award, through completion
• be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of projects within the portfolio
• act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• establish milestones, metrics, and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, drive improvement initiatives, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
• establish, with program chief engineer and SMEs, design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test, and flight test
• oversee development and insertion of related technology development efforts through contracted and/or internal funding methodologies
• develop new business or expand the product line with the customer
• develop and implement program leadership team and overall staffing
• direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, business operations, and administrative areas and empower them to succeed
• be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
• coordinate with Major Programs’ Business Manager and relevant leads for the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract
• participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• support the development of resource requirements (capitol, I&T, staffing, etc.) for ADP ISR Major Programs
• be a main communication interface for customers, program staff, and other parts of Lockheed Martin corporation
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and special program clearances. For this particular position, the applicant must be able to obtain a DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
• In-depth experience with integrated master schedules in support of multiple contracts and/or capabilities
• Program management experience in development, production, and fielding of ISR/UAS.
• Financial/Business management experience
• Experience in proposal development efforts
• Experience building external and internal relationship and maintaining them
• Active Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with operational ISR and/or UAS programs
• Engineering degree that allows one to understand the technical aspects of this job
• Production operations, aircraft design and development, system checkout, and flight test experience
• Ground Station design development, production, and fielding
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
• Demonstrated Culture of Accountability and Full Spectrum Leadership building team, solving problems and driving contracted effort to closure: demonstrated high emotional intelligence and willingness to work with people
• Experience driving change and be a Green or Black Belt
• Be a change agent
• Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification
• Ability to protect sensitive information with-in program channels
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work independently and use data to drive decision making
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA
• Ability to optimize work flow to suggest new processes
• Experience managing teams spread across with geographically diverse locations
• Previous Leader Code Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
