Material Program Integrator (Level 4)

Job ID: 551320BR Date posted: Apr. 07, 2021 Locations: Palmdale, California; Fort Worth, Texas Description:The successful candidate will be a member of the P95X program office team within ADP’s ISR & UAS portfolio. Primary responsibilities include:

• Act as the Program Office's primary interface with subcontract management, engineering, and business management for supplier/material content
• Act as the primary customer interface for supplier/material content
• Manage daily execution and handoffs for engineering, production, planning, and supply chain activities
• Primary interface between program management and technical leads, finance, and planning teams to ensure programmatic material objectives are met.
• Provide support to costing/proposal efforts
• Support CAMs in management of control account performance, elevate concerns and issues where appropriate to program management
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement approved mitigation plans
• Conduct closed loop corrective action to include thorough variance analysis, monitoring of cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective action adjustment as necessary
• Provide timely and accurate insight to supplier impacts or opportunities to the IPT Managers and Program Manager

Successful execution of this role requires collaboration across multiple functions including engineering, production operations, supply chain management, business management, and program management. The successful candidate will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

***Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidates must possess an active DoD Secret clearance to start, and have the ability to obtain SAP/SAR access.***

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
• Prior experience with program execution including managing cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Prior experience with supplier development efforts
• Prior experience preparing and delivering briefings to program leadership or customers
Desired Skills:
• Scheduling and planning experience
• Proposal and Basis of Estimate (BOE) experience
• Supplier proposal Technical or Price Evaluation Experience
• Previous CAM experience
• Budget management experience
• Demonstrated successful supplier negotiation experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop supplier relationships
