Description:Candidate will work closely with ADP team to design manufacturing plans for various programs. Duties will include the following: Facilitating lay-outs, tooling recommendations, Manufacturing Assembly Sequence studies, processing documentation and validation and planning development. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of manufacturing process and procedures including installation level fabrication, assembly, machining, coatings and electrical in several disciplines including composites, metallics, machining, bonded assemblies and installations.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Basic Qualifications:
- AUTOCAD 2D/3D experience (Autocad Certified preferred)
- CATIA or Solidworks experience
- Concept Design of Aircraft Assembly Line Layouts from Back Shops through Final Assembly and Checkout
- Composite assembly experience
- Experience with Automated Process for Aircraft Assembly. (White Light/Optical Projection/Robotic Drill&Fasten)
- Manufacturing Assembly Sequence and Scheduling Experience
