Description:The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Integration and Test to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75 plus year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.

ADP I&T is part of a highly innovative team responsible for developing, testing and maintaining aircraft simulation systems and subsystems utilized for aircraft capability integration and weapons systems development from concept design through production and delivery.

This position is for a System Engineer to work in the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) portfolio, continuing its heritage of rapidly developing innovative quality products. The primary responsibility of this position is the development of models and simulation for test and integration of hardware and software. Includes functional testing, informal integration testing, and formal test such as software qualification testing. Development of test tools and test procedures for formal verification of requirements. Candidate will interface with multiple disciplines including vehicle management systems hardware, VMS software, and Utilities and Subsystems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: System Integration Laboratory build-up, system requirements derivation, requirements management, requirements change management, system design development, system integration planning, system requirements verification, system performance validation, and onsite installation, setup and acceptance testing of an ADP system.

This position will require close coordination with ADP Project Leadership plus proactive engagement with simulation software, subsystem procurement, hardware development teams, and other teams both inside and outside LM Aeronautics, to ensure an effective system engineering communication interface is established and maintained.

Secret clearance required to start; selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with C++, XML, Python, or Matlab/Simulink

Experience in systems engineering and/or systems integration and test
Desired Skills:
Applied knowledge of the Systems Engineering

Knowledge or experience in Systems Integration Labs

Experience developing Integration and Test Tools

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with UML/SysML
