As the Advanced Development Projects - Fabrication Manager, you will supervise hourly and salary employees in ADP Production Operations Advance Technology Product Development and Functional Operational Research and Test groups. They design/fabricate parts, build assemblies, test or modify components made of wood, metal, composite, and/or plastic through machining, drilling, welding, or bonding operations for the entire portfolio of ADP programs. In addition, provides estimates for proposal purposes; plans and executes structural tests of aircraft components and vehicles; Works from blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions using math and basic computer skills; Responsible for the assignment of work, technical interpretations and compliance with prescribed manufacturing policies and procedures; Coordination of production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers; Initiate wage actions consistent with labor agreement and appropriate management discretion. Plans and coordinates internal and manufacturing within the ADP FORT and ATPD working to project schedules and budgets. Monitor and verify cost and quality in accordance with program requirements or other control procedures. Responsible to develop new manufacturing technologies supporting future platforms.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years demonstrated aerospace manufacturing experience
• Project management and decision-making experience utilizing business and financial acumen
• Multiple experiences with Aerospace Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly, Integration and/or Systems Checkout
• DOD Secret clearance or Higher
Desired Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication and presentation Customer Interface
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development
• Demonstrated positive employee engagement with utilization of Culture of Accountability (COA) and Full Spectrum Leader (FSL) techniques
• Strategic thinking and alignment of tech strategy with product realization
