We are currently seeking Software Engineers with disciplines in one or more of the following areas:

Electronic Warfare Engineering
Radar Systems Engineering
Digital Signal Processing Engineering

Typical activities include:

Software development within a team engineering Electronic Warfare software solutions. This individual will be responsible for the technical, cost, and schedule execution of software development activities for a number of simultaneous program milestones in a Technical Lead position and/or software development role. The chosen candidate will be engaged in software development activities for Operational Flight Programs that execute capabilities for various airborne platforms. Activities consist of, but not limited to, successful performance of all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, preliminary and detailed design, implementation, and test. The individual will be responsible for making innovative contributions to the development of new business opportunities and product line road maps.

Candidate must have strong skills in team participation, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to understand, resolve and communicate both technical and process issues is required. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating work with Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Program Management, product team leads, and with the Software Architect. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all software deliverables, ensuring that allocated requirements are considered correctly in the design, ensuring that the design is consistent with the overall software architecture, and that the implementation and test meets both the design and requirements. Demonstrated knowledge of Electronic Warfare is required. Other desired skills include technical leadership, Earned Value Management, understanding of Agile methodologies, and proposal experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications include:
Active DoD security Clearance or able to obtain one (US citizenship is required)
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree
Background with Electronic Warfare domain
Embedded development experience
Background with software architecture and design
Experience in operational software development
Ability to lead software engineering teams (~3-5 people)
Object Oriented (OO) design & development experience
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience using Ada
Demonstrated experience using C
Understanding of open architectures & modular design
Agile software development experience (e.g. Scrum)
Background using process tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, git, Jenkins)
Experience with Test Driven Development, unit testing, and automated test
