This position will Supervise employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsibilities will include accurately leading multiple work centers to include: Advanced Product Solutions, Printed Wiring Board Inspections.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of Quality and its role in the operations organization. Knowledge and experience with complex Circuit Card Assemblies and Printed Wiring Boards. Self motivated and able to lead an inspection team to accomplish various contract requirements. Understanding how those relate to day to day tasks.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge / experience in the operations organization. Ability to make decisions readily. Organizational skills and leadership experience.
