Facilities Enterprise Reporting & Data Analyst

Description:The selected candidate will join the RMS Facilities Strategy and Affordability team and will be responsible for producing most of the recurring enterprise-level business reports for Facilities, ESH, and Creative Solutions within RMS, Lockheed Martin. Candidate will be expected to bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, and process, design and present it in ways to help the organization report status and make better decisions. Works with senior managers, facilities project managers, financial leads, and space planners to collect and analyze financial, schedule, and space planning data and compile reports for Director and Vice President reviews. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, has a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Candidate will also be responsible for processing and maintaining database of Employee Confidentiality Agreements for Facilities projects under non-disclosure agreements.
Travel across the RMS Business Area sites is anticipated as necessary to support enterprise-level space planning initiatives. The ability to communicate and collaborate across a broad range of functional competencies, Lines of Business, and senior leadership is required. This position will require advanced organizational and communication skills across a broad spectrum of organizational entities. Experience building positive relationships, communicating across functional and physical boundaries and improving processes is required. Ability to work independently, as well as being a positive team player and willingness to support other team members on a proactive basis in any capacity is needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Producing and delivering current standardized reports; suggests and implements reporting process and/or delivery improvements
• Coordinating and scheduling Monthly Operating Review (MOR) for Integrated Support Services (ISS) team, including Facilities, ESH, and Creative Solutions
• Coordinating and scheduling ISS presentation for quarterly EVP (Executive Vice President) presentation
• Managing monthly headcount reconciliation report
• Consolidating monthly overhead charts for all RMS Facilities
• Obtaining status and reporting on financial and schedule progress of major projects
• Collecting quarterly updates for the RMS real estate portfolio and space utilization metrics
• Developing innovative and interactive metric dashboards
• Supporting strategic space planning initiatives, including site utilization studies
• Processing and tracking Employee Confidentiality Agreements for Facilities projects under non-disclosure agreements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Data Analytics preferred, with 6+years’ experience
• Proficient in data analytics systems, tools & technology
• Experience in project and budget planning & tracking
• Strong planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
• Self-starter, team-player, action-oriented
• Innovative problem solver
• Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, and presentations
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration and developing enduring business relationships
• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint
• Advanced skills in SharePoint
