This position will be the Business Development Senior Analyst for all Sikorsky USAF Rotary Wing & Vertical Lift pursuits and subject matter expert on USAF vertical lift needs. Will act as the primary Sikorsky representative to all current and potential government customers and will be responsible for all aspects of USAF development from future concepts to modifications to legacy fleets.

The Air Force BD Lead will develop Sikorsky’s annual Air Force business strategy and staffs through executive leadership for approval. Responsible for new product marketing, including leadership and support of marketing, selling and customer related strategies. Responsible for providing technology and product road map support as driven by market and customer requirements. Responsible for marketing existing products or derivatives to meet customer requirements, to include technologies and products ranging from subsystems to full aircraft and operating system solutions. Responsible for gaining and maintaining relationships and on-going dialogue with all customer aspects of the acquisition process to include operational, requirements, acquisition, and programming/budget related activities supporting Sikorsky Aircraft, all suppliers, team members and partners. Responsible for select Air Force related trade show events to include strategic messaging, executive level meetings preparation and strategic talking points. Advocate for congressional support for Air Force related Sikorsky programs and warfighter missions that utilizes Sikorsky products. Works with engineering and program management teams to define/refine incremental Capability Upgrades on CRH (HH-60W) to include sub-systems, software and tech data. Manages new business funds for capture teams.

Travel expectations ~ 1 week month.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong customer relations with internal and external customers. Requires a demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and deal with top level customer, company and other personnel. Good communications skills both written and oral. Must be able to present to internal and external customers. Previous experience in USAF CSAR, rotary wing operations, staff and/or leadership. Understanding of US Joint Personnel Recovery Operations to include deliberate planning processes, joint integration, and CSAR C4ISR. Must possess working knowledge of DoD architecture requirements, DoDAF framework, and familiarity of USAF and Joint doctrines and TTP for CSAR. Able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
10+ years of USAF CSAR experience. USAF Weapons School Graduate or USNTPS graduate. Communications skills in PowerPoint, written media, and verbal presentations. Experience with remote computer access and presentation capabilities. US Joint Operations knowledge. Applied knowledge of military data links, IP networks, weaponry, large force employment and military communications. Experience with DoD JCIDS, Acquisition, and PPBE processes. Experience with USAF ARC Rescue components / acquisition process. Current TS security clearance.
