Description:As the Integration & Automation Lead, this role plays a foundational and highly specialized role within the Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence (eWFPi) team. This position is critical for establishing and maintaining the bedrock of our workforce data: job taxonomy, skill domains, positions, and cross-value stream/cross-functional process/data/technology integrations. Leveraging a strong blend of technical expertise in system software engineering, experience with complex system-of-systems and process-of-processes, you'll manage specific projects and serve as the expert integrating job taxonomy and skills with full position management and headcount planning capabilities. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning, Headcount Planning, and Resource Management Product Owners, you'll ensure a seamless flow of data where workforce planning insights inform job architecture, and in turn, job architecture empowers workforce planning & intelligence. Your influence extends to critical upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity and exchange.

This role also has a strong focus on training and communication, educating leaders across all business units, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and functions on the power of job taxonomy, particularly in developing comprehensive skill domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the ultimate Integrations Lead/Owner for eWFPi.
- Design and ensure interfaces are developed in close collaboration with critical cross-value stream owners, including Global Business Development and Strategy, Enterprise Performance/Program Management, Finance and Business Operations, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), Functional Supply Managers (Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.), and HR COEs (Talent and Succession, Talent Development, Workforce Development, Learning and Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruitment).
- Drive the implementation of automated methodologies for ingesting business demand signals as early as possible in the business lifecycle process(es).
- Partner with Finance to incorporate Long-Range Plan (LRP) and other financial targets into our processes, data, & technologies.
- Collaborate with SIOP to enable simulation capabilities for workforce scenarios and "Simulate To" (Sim2) modeling, leveraging historical data for robust analysis & predictive capabilities.
- Ensure downstream integrations with HR COEs provide proactive workforce intelligence signals, aiding in the development of proactive & predictive demand-driven, skill-level resource allocation insights.
- Collaborate extensively with upstream and downstream data & system owners (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Learning Management Systems, Performance Management, Enterprise Performance, Finance, etc) to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange of job taxonomy, skill domain, & position information.
- Collaborate with Corporate Compensation, Functional Leadership, and the Human Capital Mgmt team in the development, maintenance, and ongoing refinement of the enterprise-wide job taxonomy and job architecture framework. This includes transforming job functions, job disciplines, job titles, descriptions, & Skill Domains.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for skill domain definition, segmentation/categorization, and integration. Drive the process of identifying, categorizing, and maintaining skill domains across all business functions, ensuring they are accurately linked to the job taxonomy, position management, demand and supply signals through shared data / data integration.
- Ensure the seamless integration of job taxonomy and skill domain data with full position management systems, directly influencing headcount planning and organizational design capabilities.
- Operations & Special Project Leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Systems, process, & data integration, translations, & mapping/visualization of same.
- Data, systems, or process governance, harmonization and/or standards.
- Program/Project Mgmt including iterative backlog prioritization
- Stakeholder management: Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve seamless data/systems integration flows. Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions. Must be comfortable working in & creating/designing solutions in ambiguity/from scratch
- Sense of urgency. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Adaptive. Resilient. High Emotional Intelligence.
- Job analysis, job architecture, compensation benchmarking, HR data management, or related HR analytics roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing job taxonomies, job families, and skill frameworks at an enterprise level
- Strong understanding of how job architecture serves as a foundational element for workforce planning, talent management, and position management.
- Experience collaborating with IT and HRIS teams on system integrations and data flows.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
Desired Skills:
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive initiatives to completion.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and their job/position architecture modules.
- A background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related fields
- Data Lake/Data Digitization/Virtualization

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
