As the FEP program moves into the design and implementation phase, our Systems Engineering, Integration and Test team needs a Test Architect with Agile DevOps experience to support program tasks, activities, and stakeholders.

This Test Architect will be responsible for partnering with the FEP Chief Systems Engineer (CSE), the Test Center of Excellence (COE) and Agile DevOps Architect/Engineers across the program to establish an integration and test ecosystem that accelerates the deployment of Future Enterprise capabilities. This ensures these capabilities are of the highest quality and integrated into a seamless enterprise. Primary responsibility will include:
• Define and drive the vision of a test ecosystem that supports continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Optimize the FEP test architecture and full lifecycle automation approach from unit test through system verification, in collaboration with the enterprise Test COE
• Ensure alignment between the FEP value stream integration solutions and help set test architecture priorities
• Coach and drive standards to support the evolution of the FEP test vision and strategy
Basic Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge and understanding of advanced systems integration and test paradigms
• Expertise with enterprise or system of systems integration, to include execution of comprehensive test plans and system-level test processes supporting continuous integration/continuous delivery
• Demonstrated experience with Agile DevOps teams
• Demonstrated experience driving test automation principles and test driven development (TDD)
• Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities
• Candidate must be decisive, results-driven, and comfortable taking managed risks
Desired Skills:
• Previous Test Architect or Program Test Director with software or IT development program experience
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise transformation and change management
• Demonstrated experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
• Demonstrated expertise in state of the art of emerging Industry 4.0 technologies, tools and capabilities
• Desired DevOps-related Certification (ex: tool specific, cloud platform-related, etc.)
• The selected candidate will be a member of a high-performing virtual team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong effective written and oral communication skills as the position will require frequent interactions with technical and executive leaders across the enterprise.
• Ability to travel for broad business area facilitation and team interaction as required (Up to 25% Travel)
