Job Responsibilities
Description:You will be a Systems Integration and Test Engineer for Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control division. Our team is responsible executing Lab, Ground, and Flight testing to ensure successful development and deployment of critical systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
• Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
• This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with a Masters OR minimum of 5 years work experience with a Bachelors in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing
- Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification experience
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- This role will require travel to support test events at CONUS locations.

- Experience with Laboratory System Integration and Test
- Experience with Ground and Flight Test activities on military products/platforms
- Experience with a diversity of complex electrical (hardware) systems
- Experience developing test plans, test procedures, and test reports
- Experience with Engineering Reviews (Test Readiness, Flight Readiness, Design Reviews)
- Experience with data bus standards, like MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760
- Experience with instrumentation and data capture (e.g. Oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, Matrix Switch Cards, Digital Input/Output PXIe instruments, AC/DC power distribution systems).
- Experience with data analysis, using tools like MATLAB or Python
- Experience processing and analyzing telemetry data
- Experience with managing and tracking configured products for test including safety critical components
- Experience with probability, statistics, mathematical modeling
- Experience working in classified/access-controlled facilities
- Ability to read and use technical schematics, drawings, software specs, and manuals along with other technical materials to resolve complex problems
- Experience with requirements tracking and bug tracking tools such as DOORs and JIRA
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
