Description:The selected candidate will perform as a Systems Engineer in the Enterprise Sustainment Solutions Business area working within the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) branch on test stations known as LM-STAR and eCASS. The selected candidate will develop requirements from customer proposals and engineering changes, perform requirements analysis and traceability, and be fluent in the use of DOORs for requirements management. Candidate will also participate in developing systems architectures and authoring performance specifications and interface control documents. Must have strong attention to detail and broad experience working with COTS based ATE instruments such as Digital Multi Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Supplies and Loads and have a thorough understanding of US Government calibration standards. Candidate will perform obsolescence trade studies and author I&T documentation. Candidate may also conduct troubleshooting and text execution. Experience and familiarity reading and interpretation of Hardware design drawings and parts list is a necessity.
Basic Qualifications:
Experienced Systems Engineer will versed in the product lifecycle development. Knowledge and hands on experience using Automated Test Equipment and US Government Calibration standards.
Desired Skills:
Experience as a Test Program Set (TPS) Engineer is highly desired along with a solid background in Hardware Engineering.
