Description:As the senior manager of the RMS Global Diversity & Inclusion team, the selected candidate will drive achievement of diversity and inclusion (D&I) across the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) area in alignment with LM corporate and RMS strategy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership over the RMS GD&I client consultant team, with specific oversight over the RMS GD&I LOB and Functional execution strategy. In addition, they will partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the culture for diversity and inclusion and lead organizational efforts to strengthening efforts to attract and develop a diverse workforce of high-performing talent in partnership.

This position requires Human Resources experience in the areas of workplace diversity and inclusion concepts, EEO compliance programs and hands-on knowledge in the design, development and implementation of enterprise initiatives that promote cultural agility, increase leadership capability, enhance employee engagement and align with strategic business imperatives. Position location to be based out of one of the RMS primary locations.
Basic Qualifications:
-Proven experience within Human Resources and/or Global Diversity & Inclusion
-Experience providing client consultation
- Successful experience working across HR functions
-Project management experience leading and effectively delivering large scale projects
- Experience working with executive leadership
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and good judgment
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships
- Ability to influence and lead
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong analytical skills – ability to understand, interpret and communicate analyses
Desired Skills:
- Experience leading culture change
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Case Management and investigations knowledge and experience.
