Description:The Senior Manager of Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance for Corporate Information Security, Enablement will have oversight for the following enterprise-wide cyber security services:

• Enterprise Cyber Security Policy
• Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Strategy and Tool Owner
• Macro Risk Definition, Strategy Development and Metrics
• Holistic/Integrated Risk Management and Reporting
• Cyber Risk Escalation and Closure
• On-Going Regulatory Compliance Focus (e.g., Cyber DFARS, SOX, etc.)
• External stakeholder (e.g., DoD services) outreach and engagement
• Supply chain cyber security (in conjunction with supply chain organization and program mgmt.)
• Employee and Role-Based Security Education and Awareness

This position will have multi-million dollar budget authority and will include management oversight of ~25 cyber security professionals.

This position reports to the Director of Enablement within the Corporate Information Security Organization.

This position will oversee and drive execution of the following missions:
(1) establishing enterprise wide cyber security policy
(2) managing identified cyber risks to closure, including owning and driving an integrated risk approach and the CIS GRC strategy
(3) overseeing and enabling enterprise compliance with DoD and USG cyber security regulations and legislation (e.g., DFARS 252.204-7012)
(4) engaging and collaborating with key external stakeholders on behalf of LMC on the topics of cyber security regulations, legislation, contract language and multi-tier supply chain cyber risk management
(5) working with key internal stakeholders to develop and execute a strategy to manage the cyber risk to the LMC multi-tier supply chain
(6) defining and driving enterprise security education awareness and training efforts.

In addition, this position will be responsible for the identification and articulation of the enterprise cyber security risk posture and the facilitation and articulation of the CIS strategy, including the definition of cyber security indicators/metrics.

The individual in this position will need to collaborate across CIS, EBS and all BAs, as well as with LMC functional organizations (e.g., legal, contracts, etc.) and LMC programs. In addition, the individual in this position will be required to interface with and collaborate with key executive and technical external stakeholders, including industry partners as well as DoD services (e.g., US-AF, USN, MDA, etc.). The individual in this position may be asked to lead industry and/or industry/DoD working groups on the mission areas described above.

Location: must work from a major LMC facility. Preferred locations are WMA (e.g., Rockville, Bethesda, Crystal City, etc.), Orlando, FL, or Valley Forge, PA; other locations considered based on candidate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated cyber security leadership and management experience leading governance, risk and compliance or enterprise-wide/large-scale cyber security risk management efforts for internal and/or external customer environments
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and expectation setting skills with internal and external executive level personnel, colleagues, and subordinates
- Proven ability to oversee implementation and successful execution of mission objectives, business rhythms and organizational initiatives
- Proven management and leadership experience responsible for recruiting and managing technical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop necessary competencies within a workforce
- Demonstrated financial management skills; proven track record for successfully managing complex budgets
- Demonstrated ability to team across organizational and company boundaries to collaborate with and influence others
- Effective analytical and critical thinking skills – proven problem solving and follow-thru in high-pressure situations
- Ability to obtain DoD clearance
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 10 years or more of professional experience in the IT or Information Security domains.
