Description:Responsibilities include:
1) Design for Maintainer
-Develop a description of maintainer tasks associated with the equipment.
-Analysis of maintainer tasks shall consist of the following: task number, task title, task frequency, detailed task sequence, support equipment required, tools required, job aids required, estimated task time, estimated personnel requirements, and specific Human Engineering (HE) considerations which reflect HE requirements incorporated into the design.
-Where applicable, will conduct a critical task analysis to determine where the effects of human error would be particularly serious.

2) Develop/support Life Cycle Cost analyses.

3) Perform Supportability Analysis (SA) to develop and capture supportability related design factors and identify/document the logistics support resources.

4) Support/define Logistics Support strategy to sustain system throughout the life cycle.

-Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center.
-Tampa is about 1 and ¼ hours from Orlando.
-West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast.
-Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

Basic Qualifications:
• MUST currently hold a Department of Defense Secret clearance

• PHS&T design support and transportation coordination of munitions and other hazardous materials.

• Candidates are required to have experience with one or more of the following:
-Air Force and/or Navy operations
-Munitions storage and handling
-Aircraft munition loading procedures to include platform integration

• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting technical findings and solutions to peers, customers, and management.
Desired Skills:
• Hands-on experience in the support of cruise missile weapon systems.

• Familiarity with Air Force and Navy Technical Orders and Training material process to update source material for both.

• Experience with reviewing system support requirements, determination and maintenance of tools and test equipment, spares tracking and management, and review of maintenance and support planning documents for technical adequacy.

• Experience providing logistics input to new development and proposal efforts.

• Experience as stockroom, GFP and asset custodian.

• CFR-49 Hazardous Material certified.

• Knowledge of and practical use in CMBRE support equipment.

• Candidate should be an analytical thinker with demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovations.

• Candidate should be a self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with little or no direction and interface well with other program disciplines.
