You will be the Antenna Measurement Facility (AMF) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, responsible for driving the strategic and tactical AMF project execution. Our team is focused on delivering world‑class technology efficiently and effectively, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IPT Lead to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the AMF IPT Lead, you will be responsible for technical guidance, project ownership, ensuring that AMF projects meet cost, schedule, and quality targets, and leading a cross‑functional team to drive collaboration and project execution.
- Developing a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for AMF projects.
- Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and report project progress.
- Ensuring the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) remains updated.
- Driving effective communication and collaboration amongst the cross‑functional team to identify and mitigate risk to projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including construction engineers, design engineers, safety engineers, global supply‑chain professionals, finance teams, facilities internal and external teams, contracts experts, and program managers.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, driving collaboration and mutual success.
- Developing, preparing, and presenting project strategy, forecast, and status at varying levels of leadership.

Approx. 25% travel to Troy, AL.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, therefore must be a US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Demonstrated an ability to work strategically as well as tactically to drive projects
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
• Travel Requirements 25-50%
Desired Skills:
• Experience leading Integrated Product Teams to meet Safety, Cost, Quality and Schedule commitments
• Experience with large scale construction projects involving multiple contractors
• Experience with large industrial HVAC systems
• Radio Frequency (RF) system knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in managing capital projects
• Certification in a lean or Six Sigma methodology, such as Black Belt or Green Belt
• Formal Root Cause and Correct Action training and demonstrated experience
• Experience working in a regulated industry, such as aerospace or defense
• Working knowledge of SAP, EVMS processes, and/or CAM Trained
• Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Knowledge and experience of the Proposal, Estimating, and Risk Mitigation
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
