Description:The candidate will be responsible for AFC Repair Operations for the Longbow Fire Control Radar (FCR) products as well as M-TADS/PNVS Ocala and in plant factory repairs. Coordinates all Depot Repair requirements with program managers and leadership for existing sustainment contracts (i.e. Performance Based Logistics, LCCS, FMS IDIQ, various DCS agreements) for USG and International customers. This position reports to the AFC Repair Operations In-Plant Manager and AFC Repair Ops Senior Manager.

Candidate requires experience in one or more of the following: military aviation, avionics supply chain management, depot operations support, and logistics. Will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and integrating diverse Repair Operations post production activities for Longbow FCRs and M-TADS/PNVS into a cohesive team. Providing direction of daily operations and actively assisting or providing direction to subordinates as required. Develops work assignments, assesses performance.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of excellent customer support, leading change, and developing procedures for supportability requirements for a program. The candidate will manage the integration of operations between factory, and off-site operations in support of the repair program. A particular emphasis on team building, fostering relationships, and cross-departmental cooperation is key.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience in aerospace and/or defense logistics working with depot repairs, test equipment, technical publication, and/or logistics engineering
Desired Skills:
- Experience with prioritizing production and sustainment repair activities on a production line

- Previous leadership experience

- Technical familiarity with radar systems, aircraft avionics

- Have demonstrated excellent Customer interface and ability to brief customers in a formal setting

- Familiar with OSHA standards
