Description:
You will be the Program Management-Subcontract Associate Manager for the Advanced Threat Warning Systems (ATWS) team. Our team is responsible for managing the procurement process for US DOD programs, ensuring the successful execution of subcontract management activities.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management-Subcontract Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Procurement Representatives in support of ATWS programs, holding procurement delegation, and managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of SEMAC suppliers. You will oversee the management of procurement reps, supplier selection, and proposal kickoffs, as well as negotiate and coordinate purchase order modifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a team of Procurement Representatives
• Coordinating proposal kickoffs and supplier selection
• Negotiating and coordinating purchase order modifications
• Managing GSC metrics, z-chart bill of material, and mitigating critical shortages
• Interfacing with government clients, technical personnel, and other functional organizations
• Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams (SMT/IPT) for critical suppliers

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment
• within Defense industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading Affordability efforts on major DoD production program.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a larger team with conflicting priorities.
• Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as LMAP and MAPS, with
• associated knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and specialized application
• software associated with the Procurement function (such as P2P) and SAP.
• Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills; Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Demonstrate problem solving skills
• Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
• Self motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Work with all levels of management
• Able to travel
• Able to be on site > 50% of the time
• Executive Presence.

• Security Investigation completed within last 5 years for US DOD Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
