Our program is assembling a team of change agents to tackle the hardest operations challenges, ensuring that DX becomes an engineered system of systems, second to none. DX is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals to join and contribute significantly to Finance & Business Operations’ (F&BO) successful enablement of this program. This position will be responsible for partnering with Value Stream (VS) leads to enable the accomplishment of DX objectives. This will take the form of supporting scope refinement and clarification within the VSs, estimating budgeting needs, and facilitating the budgeting approval process. This position will also be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of the execution of the work scope. This includes establishing a cost baseline, monitoring expenditure, and monthly reporting using an internal system of Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Additional responsibilities to include business case development and tracking, identifying schedule and cost risks and opportunities, and helping with controlling and implementing scope changes as the program progresses. Basic Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines in a fluid operating environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft tools, primarily Excel and Power Point
Desired Skills:
Advanced experience with Microsoft tools, primarily Excel and Power Point Experience with risk and opportunity analysis; negotiating budgets. Previous experience with cost modeling Knowledge and prior experience working in F&BO Acclimating quickly to new environments Agile Methodology/DevOps Experience Knowledge of EFS Knowledge of proposal/estimating process EVMS (Earned Value) experience
