Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Program Management – Subcontract Manager for the Multi Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) Programs. Our team is responsible for total supply chain performance across the Hellfire, JAGM, and M299 Launcher programs, in addition to new developments.
What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- • Manage all aspects of supply chain execution (cost, schedule, technical, and quality) for MDMS production programs and developmental efforts to ensure mission success
- • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team members and program management to align priorities and deliver results
- • Present supply chain status in executive, customer, and supplier engagements
- • Own metrics known to impact supplier performance to reduce idle time and mitigate long-term risks to ensure internal operating plans are achieved
- • Coach and guide staff to ensure proper workload distribution, while fostering a positive team culture for continuous growth
- • Lead team through TINA proposals and supplier negotiations to ensure current, accurate, and complete product. Support customer negotiations
• Embrace Program Execution Team roles and responsibility, inclusive of risk & opportunity management, lead time reduction, affordability, and supplier resiliency
• Partner with Subcontract Operations Center to lead negotiations and support on-time order placement

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
• Subcontract, Financial, and / or Operational experience
• Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). Ability to communicate complex situations simply.
• Business acumen and ability to make risk based business decisions
• Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable for mission success
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Proficient computers skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to leverage metrics or information to make priority decisions with limited resources
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Role requires 2 days minimum onsite in Orlando, FL per week
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of acquisition policies with associated knowledge of FAR / DFAR / LMAP / TINA requirements
• Experience with supply chain activities to include procurement systems, production schedules, and leading SMTs/IPTs
• Hard worker with a positive attitude and a high willingness to learn
• Cross-functional knowledge of supplier quality, finance, and engineering as the relate to subcontract management
• Ability to gain commitment from key stakeholders to drive progress
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
