Description:Key Job Responsibilities:
The Quality Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of quality and mission success as the leader of the Enterprise Sustainment Solutions Market Segment in the TLS LOB. This position will report to the TLS Quality Senior Manager for the TLS line of business.

The candidate will provide leadership to the Market Segment Quality organization, which includes Program Quality and Engineering Quality. The candidate will be responsible for executing and implementing all Quality, LOB, and Market Segment strategies and objectives to achieve mission success. This includes but is not limited to ensuring flow-down and execution of all Quality Contract requirements and Quality functional support to all programs within the market segment throughout the program life cycle from proposals, through production and sustainment.

Establishes and leads the Quality Program Team including but not limited to Engineering Quality, Product Quality, Supplier Quality, and Core Quality (as needed).

The candidate will also provide leadership through identification and implementation of process improvement efforts, as well as cross-functional collaboration, in the corresponding RMS Quality initiatives including but not limited to: Root Cause Analysis, Digital Transformation, Engineering Quality including Systems, Software, and Hardware Quality Engineering, Data Analytics, and Design & Development. This role is also accountable for establishing, performing and managing annual budgets, headcount, DCI%, capital requests, Quality metrics, employee growth and development, employee performance and training requirements.


Employee Population: This position is directly responsible for leadership to a team of approximately 15 employees in Orlando, FL, Ft. Worth, TX and deployed at domestic and international Customer Locations. This senior manager will lead other leaders and individual contributors.

Primary Customers/External Interaction: Key interface and establishment of effective relationships with all corresponding Customer Oversight Agencies (i.e. DCMA, JPO, DoD Customer, etc.), Program VPs, and Directors.

Key Cross-LOB or Functional Partnerships/Touchpoints: Key interface with ESS Leadership Team (Including Program Directors and Program Management, Production Operations, Engineering & Technology, Global Sustainment, and Supply Chain) and RMS Quality leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to interface with Exec. Leaders. Strong communication skills including the ability to interface effectively with executive leadership on strategic and tactical issues affecting the quality of products delivered.

Experienced leader with a minimum of 15 years in various Quality, Operations, and/or Program Management positions with increasing responsibility.

Extensive knowledge of DOD contract requirements and Program Quality Management.

Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment.

Demonstrated track record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal and external customer relationships.

Ability to balance teaming and flexibility while maintaining independence and ensuring process adherence.

Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills.

Experience building a strong team of direct and matrixed employees.

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and drive change.

Strong working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis and process management.

Ability to drive the foundation for business and program performance.

Ability to think and act strategically.

Ability to give, receive, and act on critical feedback.

Ability to form creative partnerships to improve execution and competitive performance.
Desired Skills:
Experience in implementing and maintaining AS9100-certified Quality Management Systems.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Tools

Engineering Quality Experience

Experience working in Agile Methodologies

Proven 2nd line leadership skills
