Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business is experiencing some substantial growth! We are seeking an experienced Engineering Aide to support advanced weapon system development.

The successful candidate will perform the following roles/tasks::

The Engineering Aide is required in support of a program to handle interfaces for Engineers, especially for GNC engineers. Responsibility includes, but not limited to, interfacing and representing engineers with IT, providing support between IT and engineers, supporting interface support between engineers and CDM, interface support between engineers and material orders, potential work as GNC librarian, and support GNC engineers in various support tasks. Must have computer technical knowledge, such as IT skills, and ability to use and support engineers with configuration control tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience creating engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics).

Experience compiling and manipulating technical data such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.

Must have the ability to obtain an interim security clearance and considered a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Capable of leading and mentoring others, may assign work and schedule work flow.
