Description:Lockheed Martin has an outstanding opportunity to directly shape our culture to support employee satisfaction, experience, engagement, and growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Employee Experience and Engagement (EEE), this Level 5 individual contributor position will contribute to and influence holistic positive employee engagement experiences Lockheed Martin-wide. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the following:

• Engagement Programs: Partner with peers within the Workforce Solutions and Intelligence (WSI) organization, Corporate, and the Business Areas to develop and support HR programs concerned with maintaining positive employer-employee relationships that contribute to workforce productivity, motivation, and engagement
• Culture: Support WSI culture change by developing and leading projects and programs that support our organizational transformation
• Employee Value Proposition: Contribute to packaging employee engagement drivers such as culture, rewards, and benefits to create and manage the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• All Employee Survey: Provide actionable, business and employee focused recommendations at both the Enterprise and Business Area level from Lockheed Martin’s all employee survey
• Industry Analysis: Conduct external research and benchmarking for industry trends for current and future employee experience and engagement
• Change Management: Develop change management strategies and plans for EEE programs and solutions for the business

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organization Psychology, or related field
• Experience applying change management frameworks and strategies to organizational programs
• Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and make recommendations based on findings
• Ability to utilize data to diagnose and assess organizational needs, develop practical recommendations, partner to implement, and develop tracking mechanisms for effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work multiple projects independently and in an organized manner
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and oversee cross-organizational teams
Desired Skills:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organization Psychology, or related field
• Experience supporting Employee Value Proposition development
• Certified in one or more change management programs
• Experience leading culture change work in organizations
• Experience working in a large matrixed environment
