Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business is seeking a Design Requirements and Analysis Systems Engineer to be responsible for the generation and verification of legacy and new system and subsystem level requirements for a missile program at our Orlando, FL site.

Responsibilities for this exciting role include:

- Performing requirements analysis and trade studies

- Establishing requirements traceability/flow down

- Preparing specifications and managing requirements using the DOORS requirement database.

- Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and IPT leads, and making and presenting PowerPoint presentations.

To be considered for this role you must currently hold an active Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.

The Greater Orlando metropolitan area is the sixth largest metro area in the southeastern United States. The climate here is warm and sunny all year long for the most part. Orlando is home to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, and SeaWorld. Orlando is also home to the second largest University in the US, the University of Central Florida (UCF). Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

MSOffice suite and requirements definition experience using DOORS or a related requirements management application.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Experience performing analysis using MATLAB and/or Excel.

Familiarity with aerospace product development processes.

Must currently hold an active Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of system security engineering (SSE) fundamentals and its applicability to systems.

Cost account management (CAM) training.
