Description:***Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for a position offsite at the Depot Support Facility (DSF), Tradeport Drive in Orlando, FL.***

•This position requires supervision/leadership experience with a broad background in military aviation and avionics supply chain management support required and a proven track record of dealing directly with customers.

• Additionally, strong depot support operations/field supply chain management operations skills are required to be able to identity and implement new and existing performance based logistics (PBL) strategies to increase support performance to our customers.

• This position will manage the DSF and its mission as the Apache Fire Control (AFC) offsite logistics center for all AFC field efforts, both USG and international, reporting to the AFC Logistics Operations Manager.

• The position will be accountable for over $500M of government furnished equipment.

• The candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 30 employees, to include setting schedules, work priorities, generating metrics, staff certifications, and resolving conflicts real time which might impact performance and therefore, our customer.

• The candidate will handle performance reviews, hiring, disciplinary actions and other personnel related activities.

• This position requires the candidate to successfully interface with senior levels of management and customers and serve as the spokesperson for the organization relating on significant matters relating to the program.

• Activities at this site include: processing hardware requests from the customer, receiving hardware, packing and shipping hardware, warehousing and inventory management.

• Strong depot support operations / field supply chain management operations background skills required to be able to identify and implement new and existing performance based logistics strategies to increase support performance to our customers.

• Travel to other sites to meet military staff as well as Lockheed Martin employees will be required.

-Tampa is about 1 and ¼ hours from Orlando.
-West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast.
-Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

MFCE&T
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a US Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (preferably focused in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Information Technology).

• Demonstrated performance executing Performance Based Logistics contract requirements

• Demonstrated depth of knowledge in DoD Inventory Control, Government audit procedures, and warehouse management

• Demonstrated track record of sustained high performance

• Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management as well as Customers

• Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills and Full Spectrum
Leadership attributes

• Proven ability in establishing and/or maintaining DoD NICP efforts

• Well versed in transportation solutions using commercial and DoD providers.

• Previous experience as a custodian of Government Property

• Familiar with OSHA standards

• Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.

• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office.

• Problem Solving Skills.

• Solid written and oral Communication Skills.

• Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills:
• 10-15 years experience working in a military supply chain management environment

• Experience working with USG and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers

• Supply Support/Stock Control background

• Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply

• AMS/SCM knowledge

• Prior military experience

• Experience with sustainment/PBL type proposals
