The Work

As a Cyber Resiliency Product Owner supporting programs, you will:

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.

Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.

Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Please note:

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level.

This position is based out Orlando FL, and is considered an onsite opportunity.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Project Management, Financial Reporting, and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Knowledge of Cyber Resiliency tools and capabilities, adjacent to Federal Customers.
- Knowledge Microsoft Excel, pivot tables. Manipulation of financial data sets in order to analyze project health.
- Knowledge of Jira (or similar project management tool suite), and Project Management and Product Ownership within an Agile Framework.
- Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification, or experience as a CAM.
-Ability to obtain Security Clearance (Secret), or Interim Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Cross Functional team inputs within an Integrated Master Schedule.
- Leadership experience; leading projects as Product Owner, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead (or similar).
- Exposure to SAP-BI, Vemo, Workforce Analytics, or desire to gain experience in workforce management tools.
- Desire to grow into Project Management or Cyber Resiliency Engineering.
- Active Security Clearance (Secret or above)
- Desire / Ability to travel depending on program needs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
