Cyber Blue Team/Collaborative Exploitation Manager

Description:The Manager of Blue Team aligns to the Corporate Information Security, Intel Readiness and Response Directorate reporting directly into Systems Readiness Testing and has oversight of enterprise-wide collaborative cyber exploitation and testing activities. Collaborative testing techniques include penetration testing, adversarial hunt/detection, vulnerability discovery, threat articulation, defensive strengthening and cyber knowledge transfer for the corporation's most critical environments across all lines of business and business areas.

This position will have budget authority of approximately ~$3.5M of Overhead, Capital, and Direct to Business Area/Contract dollars and will include direct management of more than a dozen cyber security professionals.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Systems Readiness Testing within the Corporate Information Security Intelligence, Readiness and Response (IR2) Organization.

This position will oversee and drive mission execution aimed at identifying risks and vulnerabilities in LMC environments via collaborative testing techniques before these weaknesses can be exploited by adversaries. The scope of testing activities primarily includes internal LMC programs and IT/OT environments. In addition, this position will oversee authorized collaborative cyber testing within DoD fielded weapon systems and commercial entities as requested by LMC Programs and/or Businesses.

The individual in this position will collaborate across CIS and EBS, as well as LMC functional organizations (e.g., legal, contracts, etc.), LMC programs, executives, external companies, and DoD entities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience conducting technical cyber testing (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability discovery, cyber hunt, threat articulation, defensive strengthening and cyber knowledge transfer) OR demonstrated functional and/or technical cyber security leadership experience over technical testing activities within complex internal and external customer environment engagements
- Proven ability to cast vision and oversee implementation and successful execution of mission objectives, business rhythms and organizational initiatives
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and expectation setting skills with internal and external senior level personnel, colleagues and subordinates
- Proven leadership experience supporting recruitment and oversight of high-demand/high-skill technical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop necessary competencies within a workforce
- Demonstrated ability to team across organizational and company boundaries to collaborate with and influence others
- Effective analytical and critical thinking skills – proven problem solving and follow-thru in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated technical experience with at least one of the following: Networking (data flows, architecture, protocols, traffic analysis, wireless, etc), Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/UNIX, OS configuration, file system structures, OS components, etc) or coding/scripting.
- Demonstrated self-starter and team player, able to quickly learn new concepts and share knowledge/information with team members
- Experience successfully tracking/executing budget discipline at function or team levels
- Minimum of current DoD Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and retain DoD Top Secret and Special Access Programs.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, and particularly within operational constructs
- DoD Top Secret/SCI
- OSCE/OSCP or other advanced exploitation certification
