Description:This role will provide formal leadership to the Classified IT OneLM Platform Engineering and O&M teams on-site in Orlando, including ensuring that internal and external customer needs are satisfied through managing and coordinating specific information technology deliverables; the overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. They will manage company and third-party vendor contracts as well as assuring that an integrated software and hardware solution is architected, designed, and implemented to meet program requirements. This may include responsibility for technical development (software, hardware, infrastructure), ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Daily activities include providing hands-on technical assistance for complex systems/networks, leading technical strategic planning of current and future network configurations, cyber technology development/implementation, assessing threats/vulnerabilities, leading technical teams, writing technical white papers/proposals, and supporting customer requirements and needs (meetings, telephone/video conference calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.).

This role will also include a people-management component, responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, rewards, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

In this role, you will demonstrate a strong ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions and lead cross-discipline teams in the development of Classified IT solutions. A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Recent Management and Leadership experience leading teams in a large, dynamic Information Technology (IT) organization, preferably in a Classified Environment
- Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program accesses
- First-hand experience implementing technical security requirements on various secure operating systems (Linux, Windows, and Networking equipment) based on approved DISA STIGs and SRGs
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers and senior leadership/executives
- Proven experience managing multiple IT projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven effectiveness organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals to act as “one” in the pursuit of common goals and objectives
- Full Spectrum Leadership behavior, attitude, and perspective
Desired Skills:
- Skilled in explaining complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical staff and stakeholders, as well as being able to understand and respond to their questions and concerns
- Proficiency to identify potential issues with projects and come up with solutions to address them
- Demonstrated experience with Full-Spectrum Leadership imperatives, managing complex IT projects including cloud service provider solution integration activities
- Competency resolving conflicts quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track
- Adeptness to establish and maintain effective reporting and communication mechanisms and provide regular and accurate information and feedback to the stakeholders and sponsors
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
