You will be the Air Dominance Business or JASSM Technology Partner for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and drive organizational success.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Air Dominance or JASSM Business Technology Partner, you will be responsible for executing on program-specific technology and information system’s needs, ensuring seamless integration with program objectives. You will act as the Programs’ liaison to the MFC and EBDT IT organizations and will report to the MBE BTP Sr Manager in the MFC CIO Org.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Executing on program-specific technology and information system’s needs, ensuring seamless integration with program objectives

  • Defining and managing program-level Opportunity Definitions, Functional Requirements, and Technical Requirements for technology initiatives

  • Leading Change Management and Adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and processes

  • Maintaining strong relationships with MFC and EO IT partners, providing program-level products and services that support program goals and objectives

  • Driving Innovation and MBE Capability Incubation, identifying and developing new technologies and processes that align with program goals and objectives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Must have an active Secret clearance
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a Business Technology Partner or similar role, with a focus on program technology and information systems
• Strong understanding of Model-Based Engineering (MBE) principles and practices
• Experience with Production Operations and program technology initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive innovation and incubation of new technologies and processes
Desired Skills:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CBAP, or similar)
• Experience working in a similar industry (e.g., aerospace, defense, or related field)
• Strong knowledge of current IT trends, tools, and best practices
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
