Description:This position supports the Missiles and Fire Control Director of Security and three other Security Directors along with three senior managers reporting to those directors.

Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned directors and senior staff members.

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.

Maintains a dynamic and complex meeting calendar for multiple leaders; and schedules / maintains various conference room calendars.

Uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, presentations, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

Interfaces with company Executive and Senior management, outside customers / vendors, and employees of all levels.

Assists management with work of a specialized and confidential nature involving company and personnel.
Arranges travel, both international and domestic, completes complex expense reports, and corporate card requests.

May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Live-Meeting, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

- Exhibit sound judgment and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Must be able to work with sensitive data at multiple levels

-Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Concur

- Familiarity with expense reporting

- Able to handle multiply demands and prioritize tasks

- Previous experience supporting Director Level and above
