Technical Trainer Sr

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Technical Trainer Sr subject matter expert with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and courseware content development to analyze training needs and develop training products for the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Air Commando Training Support (ACTS) contract. These products include but are not limited to syllabi of instruction (SOIs), student/instructor guides, interactive courseware, assessments/quizzes/tests, emulators, and immersive simulations.

The selected candidate will:

• Plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel.
• Obtain information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Design product demonstrations.
• Determine methodology and develops course content.
• Coordinate the development of training aids.
• Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
• Continuously revise lesson plans to ensure course material reflects product features, meets new training requirements and remains up-to-date.
• Have experience with MC-12W, AFSOC ISR, TAC ISR, or TAC C2 would be extremely beneficial.
• Have active Secret clearance at time of start of employment.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Instructional Systems Design, including training task analysis and development, writing objectives and test questions.
•Knowledge of adult learning theory, training principles, and techniques.
• Technical writing and editing skills.
• Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Desired knowledge/skills include::

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of tools e.g. Photoshop, Animate, Illustrator, etc.
• Experience working with learning content management system. platforms (IBM Kenexa LCMS/LMS) to develop and/or deliver distance learning.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
• Experience in project management and/or ISD leadership.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
