Central Technical Publication Librarian

Description:Updates publications (in either digital or hard copy format as applicable) and ensures the information
contained in all technical publications is current and accurate. Collects all technical publication data and
incorporates digital data into the applicable publications. Distributes all changes to libraries. Working
knowledge of NATEC website and/or Joint Knowledge Caching Server (JKCS) (the only official
repositories for storage and distribution of NAVAIR technical manuals).
Basic Qualifications:
Contingent upon contract award.

Education: High School Education or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year actual and recent experience in Naval Maintenance Technical
library operations IAW the Technical Manual Program manual, NA-00-25-100.

Shall have experience supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Integrated Test Teams (ITT).

Security Clearance: Must have current Top Secret and be able to obtain Yankee White.
