This Program Finance Senior Financial Management Analyst position is in support of the AEGIS Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) contract. The successful candidate will work cross functionally alongside Program Management, CAM's, engineers, Sourcing, as well as our own finance team to meet the expectations of this fast-paced program and will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Manage the ACB 20 program business rhythm.
• Provide financial leadership, analytical support, and
guidance to the Program Management team and CAMs; promote Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance.
• Communicate the financial metrics required to ensure focus on cost management.
• Develop and support accurate Estimate at Completion (EAC)s including identification and tracking of financial risks and opportunities.
• Various internal and external financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, prepare expenditure projections, and submit timely requests for additional funding.
• Participate in the development of financial forecasting (LRP/OP, Outlook) and Contract Status Reviews
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or
related discipline from an accredited college.
• Experience with Earned Value Management principles,
metrics, and tools
• Ability to perform critical analysis of program
performance and communicate to Program leadership
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a
deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated abilities to collaborate
and build effective relationships
• Must be able to obtain & maintain a Secret Security
Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of Government Contracting
• Strong leadership, organization, communication,
interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Self-driven, willing to advocate for continuous
improvement
• Ability to effectively forecast Orders, Sales, EBIT, and
Cash flow
• Experience in cost control and EAC forecasting
