Description:Chapter Next is a 12-16 week paid returnship hosted by RMS. Candidates who have taken an employment hiatus for at least 2+ years will be eligible to apply to this program.

During this returnship participants will become part of a community of similarly experienced professionals with challenging work scopes that contribute to the great innovation produced by Lockheed Martin. This returnship position is for a Software Engineer working in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent/related discipline.
• Must have strong analytical, problem solving,
leadership skills and demonstrated ability to
comprehend and work successfully with complex
computer programs.
• Demonstrated strong teamwork, communication
(both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated motivation with strong initiative to
accept new technical challenges in complex system
engineering assignments.
• Ability to attain and maintain a Secret DoD
clearance.
• Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts as
required by the supported program.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of the Agile development process
- Ability to be a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with multiple customers
- Ability to work in fast paced, Agile development environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to develop solutions
- Ability to inspire confidence and lead others to complete challenging software engineering tasks.
