Job Responsibilities
Description:WHO WE ARE
Join our team as a member of the Production Test Centers, Tactical Support Group in Moorestown, NJ, where you will play a vital role in daily test operations focused on maintaining facilities and ensuring operational readiness of tactical equipment and systems.
THE WORK
Primary Responsibilities:
• Implement Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) field changes in tactical equipment (SCIN).
• Provide technical support for integrating tactical equipment configurations, collaborating with software support groups, test operations personnel, and engineering design support teams.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on tactical equipment, including Q70s, UYK-43s, UYQ-21 display equipment, and others.
• Assist in the procurement, delivery, installation, and testing of new tactical equipment configurations and associated hardware.
• Maintain detailed configuration documentation for equipment and cable configurations, firmware settings, equipment utilization metrics, and status updates.
• Utilize facility TFR processes to track and assign technical support for investigating and resolving tactical hardware issues and failures promptly.
• Record and analyze equipment issues, failures, and trends affecting operational efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong technical background with experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) processes preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
• Excellent documentation skills to maintain detailed configuration records and reports.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft tools for reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including days, evenings, midnights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
- Operational (shipboard) maintenance experience; military/civilian technical training related to this position may be considered as well.
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting/repair practices
- Must be willing to work overtime and shift work (including weekends) as directed by immediate manager.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with members of the engineering/management staff, ATR and DCMA, related to PTC work centers.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience testing and integrating newer hardware to into legacy systems and testing against current software loads to verify the equipment is compatible.
- Experience writing test reports, procedures, and delivering test results to the customer in a professional manner.
- Experience with Aegis Weapon System equipment elements and operational enhancements.
- Experience with military Preventive Maintenance Systems and scheduling.
- Working knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
