Description:The Marine Corps Systems (MCS) F&BO organization is looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide financial analysis to the CH-53K Production program. The analyst will primarily provide Bid and Proposal support and business case analysis.

Duties include supporting the entire proposal process from RFP and Proposal Authorization, preparing cost targets, coordinating F&BO inputs, tracking changes, guiding the proposal through the F&BO management review process, providing government audit support, fact-finding, negotiating and certification. The analyst will also prepare ROS sensitivity analysis and cash flow analysis.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Provide financial leadership and guidance to the Production proposal team.
2) Prepare F&BO BOEs.
3) Prepare detailed business case analysis including ROS sensitivity, DCF modeling, multiple rate scenario comparisons, and risk & opportunity tracking.
4) Coordinate and reconcile costs positions with ICE.
5) Provide inputs to other business processes (e.g. LRP, Monthly Outlooks, CSR, Op Plan, FPRP, etc.)
6) Maintain and communicate key assumptions and financial risks and opportunities that drive cost positions and impact profitability.
7) Contribute to the accurate, concise and timely preparation of executive presentations, including EXCO Reviews, Program Business Reviews, and Customer Reviews.
8) Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Senior Management.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management.
• Knowledge and experience with the following financial systems, CES, SAP-P1S, Hyperion
• Overhead rate development and analysis
• Cash Flow analysis experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced application of Excel capabilities (knowledgeable in creation and operation of Pivot and Lookup tables), PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Corporate Treasury Models
