Description:Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a very dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will: develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures for Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. Must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding in Industrial Security and the applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals Vols 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals. Be sufficiently knowledgeable of Top Secret Controls and Accountability exercises. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted programs. Develop and conduct security education and training programs for SAP and SCI. Be able to investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Overseeing all Security related disciplines in regards to SAP and SCI efforts: Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Physical Security w/ ICD 705, Classification Management, while utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD SAP Manuals Volumes 1-4. While this is primarily a first shift, M-Th 4X10 work week; mission requirements may include some work outside normally scheduled hours on occasion in order to meet program requirements.

Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs. Serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), and/or an Industrial Security Representative. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (5205.07/JSIG), SCI security rules (5105.21/ICD) or DOD security rules. Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer, company, and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.
1. Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 5 years.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Accesses.
3. Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)
4. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07, DoD 5105.21, ICD 705, and other DoD policy and regulations.
5. Works well independently and in group settings with substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized;
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
8. Experience as TSCO
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
