Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) staff for the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Program and follow-on program supply chain execution will be responsible for all cost, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the current and future CSC Program subcontractors. This role will report directly to the SPY-7 Integrated Platforms Programs Subcontract Program Manager. The CSC SPM is a key member of the CSC Program Management Team and is an active participant in all program leadership activities.

The successful candidate will be the program lead for all subcontract activities (including commodity center oversight) and will develop sourcing strategies to address capture and execution of programs, ensure that team’s subcontracts are issued in full compliance with Command Media/LMAP/FAR, and manage Subcontract Management Teams to meet program schedules, funding targets/budgets, small business goals, etc. The CSC SPM is also responsible for providing periodic status reports on Supply Chain status and recovery plans (as needed) to Program and Functional Leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Proven track record of successfully managing production or development subcontracts
• Deep understanding of LM Supply Chain processes, LMAPs and FAR/DFAR regulations
• Fundamental knowledge of LMP2P including reporting functions
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Must have an active US Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to travel when required; less than 25%
Desired Skills:
• Ability to comprehend complex technical topics/issues and communicate those to other audiences of varying backgrounds
• Experience with international Customers and/or suppliers, import/export & International Trade Compliance (ITC) rules
• Control Account Management (CAM) experience with EVM requirements
• Experience estimating GSC labor hours and materials for LM proposal efforts
• Experience with negotiating unique terms and conditions and contract changes with large suppliers
• Master degree in Business and/or engineering
• Experience with risk & opportunity management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
