Description:WHAT WE’RE DOING
In this important role, the Performance Management Team (PMT) Coordinator for the Moorestown site will report directly to the Site Lead driving the organizational business rhythm.
THE WORK
• Create, analyze and present Production Operations business performance metrics to site Production Operations leadership and Executive leaders. Work with site Production Operations site leaders to drive business performance metrics (MOR, Factory Metrics, PMT metrics, SAP, Staffing, and other metrics used by the leadership team).
• Coordinate and drive the implementation of Performance Management Team (PMT) in the manufacturing organization.
• Work with Production Operations Leaders and PMT Leaders to achieve all established PMT objectives by driving Continuous Improvement, quality performance, eliminate waste, improve process efficiency and increase the skills and engagement of all employees.
• Work closely with Flow Team, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing Engineering organizations to rapidly implement action items across the factory.
• Maintain direct, daily, in-person communication with PMT leads on progress of action items or support needed.
• Administrate Shop Ops Excellence Plan.
• Facilitate PMT Leader development, the establishment of Team goals and work with the team leaders in achievement of the objectives.
• Work with Production Operations Leadership to resolve business performance issues, assure PMT member participation, drive metric development, scoring system and reporting for team performance. Provide focus, communication, training and direction to teams ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Work with peers in other sites on PMT activities and the consistency of awards and recognition. Develop new ways to recognize employee and PMT performance to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Publish / Manage factory visuals on Safety, Productivity, Product Quality, etc.
• Regular support to or leading tiger teams or other similar initiatives driving rapid performance improvement.
• Frequent use of lean manufacturing tools, including but not limited to: Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Quality, Problem Solving, 6S, Line Balancing, Material Flow, SMED, Visual Workplace, TPM, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and or projects.
• Experience in process improvement implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to interface effectively with diverse groups and functions to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive results across teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Production Operations metrics for Cost, Quality, Schedule, 6S, Continuous Improvement.
• US Citizenship is required due to program requirements.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
