We are seeking a talented engineer to report directly to the Manager of Antenna and RF Subsystems Design. This engineer will significantly contribute to the design and development of antennas, phased array antennas, active electronic steerable phased array antennas, and associated distribution architectures for RADAR and other military systems. This includes architecture development, performing detailed analysis, component selection, schematic creation, and supporting integration and test of the designed antennas and RF Subsystems. This position also requires the communication, interpersonal, and business skills needed to be a member of a program team including communication to internal and external customers, and management of schedules and budgets, development of test plans, trade studies, and requirements documents.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
Experience in Antenna Design or Test, RF Design or Test, or Electromagnetics.
A BS degree from an accredited college or university in electrical engineering and 2 years of relevant engineering experience
A MS degree from an accredited college or university in electrical engineering and a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
