The selected candidate for this position will function as a member of a team of Classified Cybersecurity Professionals in support of Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) in Marion MA. The candidate must have experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of Windows Servers/Clients, PC Desktops, network devices and supported applications (to include backup solutions). The candidate should a basic understanding of the US Government system accreditation process under Risk Management Framework (RMF). This may include one or more of the following guidance directives: Intelligence Community Directive 503 (ICD-503), Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM Chapter 8). The candidate should also have knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with Information Systems security.

The candidate will be responsible for systems security, testing and system accreditation activities for multiple program areas. The candidate will apply information technology security principles and configure security settings, complete weekly system audits, apply security patches and conduct media reviews. Assist in the development and implementation of government approved information security procedures and plans for the operation of multiple networked and standalone classified computers, and coordinate government agency approvals. Consult on the design, development, integration, and analysis of classified computing systems with the programs and information systems security manager (ISSM). Assist with self-inspection reviews. Assist in conducting comprehensive investigation of computer security incidents, coordinating with other organizations for expertise.

Additional scope will include policy interpretation, provide ongoing guidance and direction to on site personnel on IS Security issues, and participation in applicable Review Boards and Technical Exchange Meetings. Individual will interact with customer personnel on a regular basis regarding ongoing compliance and to coordinate system modifications.

ISSO experience preferred but not required, great opportunity for a system administrator to move into the security field.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong hands on experience with Windows operating systems.
• Understand the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process & requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
Desired Skills:
• Current ISSO experience with the Defense Security Service (DSS)
• Knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and configuration standards.
• Experience with Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
CISSP or other DoDD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Management certification.
• Final Secret Clearance
