Logistics Management Analyst/ILS--Mid Career Level

Description:This position supports the LCS/MMSC team in Marinette, WI performing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks associated with ship production efforts for various LCS and MMSC ships at the Fincantieri Marinette Marine (FMM) shipyard. Specific duties include:
1. Manage final ship material load out to support crew move aboard.
2. Coordinate with US Navy crew to inventory COSAL ship loadout material after crew move aboard.
3. Liaison with internal and external customers and leadership for material handling requirements.
4. Manage inventory control of INCO trials spare parts inside onboard ship storage container and usage of INCO spare parts. Order replacement INCO spare parts to support LCS/MMSC builders and acceptance trails.
5. Provide material estimates to support the planning and administration of authorized work.
6. Responsible for shipping and receiving INCO spare parts.
7. Update logistics data bases and provide periodic reports on material status.
8. Responsible for management and execution of Unit Identification program for new ship construction project.
9. Work as part of a team of highly motivated and trained professionals in a dynamic shipyard environment at a location distant from other larger Lockheed Martin facilities.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Extensive knowledge and related logistics experience supporting production and/or shipboard installation operations.
2. Familiarity with warehouse/physical material management operations including the receipt, issue, return shipment, and periodic inventory of stock on hand.
3. Ability to identify high failure material to define demand for INCO spare inventory
4. Experience with developing/implementing/executing inventory control and management processes and tools.
5. Proficient with using standard Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
6. Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a shipyard environment.
7. Must be able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills

1. Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
2. Experience working as a small group/team lead.
3. Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings to identify material needs.
4. Experience with automated inventory control systems.
5. Experience with Lockheed Martin sourcing/procurement processes.
