Job Responsibilities
Description:This position is with our Advanced Development Program (ADP), known as the historic Skunk Works, in Marietta, GA. The candidate will join an ADP effort as a Systems Engineer providing support across the entire product line including new and existing programs. The candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state of the art technical solutions that will include Control Account Management duties and responsibilities.
What You Will Be Doing:
• The selected candidate will provide systems engineering support, to include but not limited to requirements tracking, risk management, architecture evaluation, and Airworthiness for an ADP program.
• A qualified candidate will shatter silos by working across multiple disciplines, suppliers, and users to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements, including conducting technical trade studies to determine requirements.
• Understanding of industry-standard requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics is important, as is the ability to work with functional experts and generate verification and validation plans for requirements.
• The selected candidate will work with senior engineers to understand the overall program and engineering execution.
• As part of your Control Account Manager duties, you will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for your Control Accounts, serving as the primary liaison between Subcontract Managers, Finance, and Program Management.
• You will be the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact for your organization, providing direction and oversight for the accounts you manage.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited university in Engineering or STEM field.
-Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM)
-Experience managing large value and complex programs / projects
-Technical Experience or Systems Engineering Background
-Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving
-Experience communicating with senior customer and company levels of leadership
-Experience with one or more Systems Engineering functions including:
a) CONOPS and constraints development
b) Requirements, Interface Documentation development
c) System Integration
-Final Secret Clearance investigation within the last 5 years
-This role requires up to 25% travel domestically to support program objectives.

-Proposal Management Experience
-Knowledge of the Systems Engineering process including design reviews, requirement development and system verification
-Full spectrum leadership proficiency and demonstrated success energizing teams while openly collaborating and enabling their best performance.
-Adept in leading and shaping organizational culture
-Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, etc)
-Previous or Current Control Account Management (CAM)
-Sustainment Leadership experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
