Candidate will support the AMMM Supply Chain Management Sustainment Team with a focus on very high volume field repair activity, spares, Performance Based Logistics (PBLs), Depot Activation, and support equipment. Tasks include developing subcontract specifications, analyzing and negotiating statements of work, terms and conditions, procurement of specialized materials and equipment for complex systems, their components and sub-components within industries such as aerospace, electronics, technology and similar industries. Tasks will include evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating subcontracts, issuing properly authorized awards/subcontracts and participating in price negotiations. Responsible for conducting cost analysis support, understanding procurement activity under the guidance of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), as well as Commercial Item determination processes. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, and modifications to subcontracts. You must be able to work without appreciable direction, Must be good communicator and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Occasional travel will be required.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience issuing request for proposals (RFP/RFQ), analyzing bids (supplier proposals), or in contract negotiations.

Experience in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) type fact-finding and analysis.

Experience in Price Cost Analysis (PCA) or Price Analysis (PA)
Desired Skills:
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Office, Outlook, Project, Access).
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities.
Outstanding work ethic.
Must work well within team environment.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Demonstrated business based decision making.
Knowledge of Systems Applications and Processes (SAP).
Knowledgeable of Lockheed Martin and government policies, procedures, and regulations.
Self-starter.
Strong problem solving skills.
