What You Will Be Doing
The Property Analyst Manager (Level 5) will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management at our Marietta, GA site. This role ensures that company, customer, and U.S. Government property is managed effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. The manager will lead a team of professionals, provide guidance on complex regulatory requirements, and partner with internal stakeholders, customers, subcontractors, and federal agencies to ensure operational excellence. This is a high-visibility leadership position offering the opportunity to influence policy, drive process improvements, and play a critical role in safeguarding and maximizing the value of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing property management team, including recruitment, training, performance assessments, and recognition.
- Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and property management principles to the acquisition, use, and disposition of assets.
- Ensure compliance of property management business systems and processes for both domestic and international operations.
- Oversee and manage internal and external property assessments; analyze results to support financial and operational objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on contracts, regulations, and policies related to property lifecycle management.
- Develop, recommend, and implement property management policies that align with company and customer objectives.
- Prepare reports on property-related matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, and facility utilization.
- Partner with customers, subcontractors, federal oversight agencies, and internal teams to investigate, analyze, and resolve compliance issues.
- Serve as a resource to train and guide personnel on property management laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience of a team or group
• Subject matter expertise in FAR and DFAR property requirements
• Experience with LM Property Management and Contracts systems (Maximo-AMS, SAP, ECE, etc.)
• Experience dealing with DCMA Property Administrators, Plant Clearance Officers, Administrative Contracting Officers, etc.
• Experience with Industry Leading Practices and Voluntary Consensus Standards related to Property Management
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of the 10 Property Management Outcomes and 22 Property Management elements
• NPMA CPPM, CPPS, or CPPA certification
• Knowledge of FIAR requirements
• Understanding of the GFP Module
• Familiarization of the DCMA Guidebook and its impact on DoD contractors
• Audit/Self Assessment experience
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
