Description:Provide F-22 Depot Operations Modification Retrofit (DOMR) support at Marietta, GA. Provide F-22 technical support to the F-22 Marietta Depot Operations team for the movement of aircraft through the depot facility. This position is a permanent Lockheed Martin F-22 assignment at Marietta, GA and may include temporary assignment to Ft Worth, TX or Hill AFB, UT for any necessary processing and training with the length of training dependent upon experience of the selected individual. F-22 DOMR technical support may include mod engineering support, depot maintenance assistance support, mod kit proofing and Trial Kit Installation support, aircraft functional and operational test support and aircraft receipt and delivery support. Support may include Configuration Management requirements, Digital Information Management System/Electronic Change Request System (DIMS/ECRS) drawings and related technical interface documents as required. Responsibilities will include support, oversight, and application of subject matter expertise of Signature Assessment System (SAS) Reduction repairs, Inlet Coating Replacement (ICR), boot application, spares processing and any additional F-22 modification technical assistance to the Marietta Depot. Additional support required may include technical assistance/resolution for the following: Pre and post mod support to include: fuel system leak and operational checks, fuel and defuel, service and operational checks of aircraft systems, safety of flight issues, engine run, service and support pre-flight and post-flight aircraft checks, aircraft receipt, maintenance and delivery operations, Over and Above work, as authorized by SPO, determine causes of malfunctions and advise corrective action on flights squawks, power on checks and maintain aircraft records. Applicant must be willing to work odd shift hours to support customer schedule requirements and may include travel to other F-22 locations if requested to support mission requirements. Coordinate receipt of F-22 equipment (to include peculiar support equipment, special test equipment, tooling, covers and fly-away equipment) as required to support Marietta site. Responsible for site modification support for Marietta modification/depot site by serving as liaison between the Production Operations and Depot Operations modification planning team and other Integrated Project Teams (IPTs). Assists Prod Ops on modification status reviews for cost, schedule, and technical impacts on mods and budgets and assist in providing assessment and technical support for evaluating and responding to Systems Program Office (SPO) and Air Combat Command (ACC) field related problems, technical and cost inquires, and support queries based on leadership direction. Responsible for assisting in the evaluation and response to technical and cost inquiries, and what ifs in support of the F-22 flying hour program. Responsible for creating briefings and reports to the DOMR team as needed. Must be able to work and communicate well in a team environment and assist project managers in monitoring and evaluating modification progress and assist in problem solving with project managers and leadership as necessary. A working knowledge of Global Sustainment planning and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and related ILS elements desired.
Basic Qualifications:
Aircraft maintenance experience.

Aircraft modification experience.

F-22 maintenance support, as well as flightline experience.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Experienced with F-22 aircraft systems to establish causes and determine remedies from wear, malfunctions or premature failure.
Analyzes and evaluates aircraft and associated equipment proposals for modification.
Tracks and supports specific equipment to ensure the Lockheed Martin peculiar equipment are maintained and accounted for.
